SHIPYARD FACILITIES:

Çeliktrans shipyard, with her existing capacity, can materialize ;

 • New building vessels up to 5.500 dwt ,
 • Outfitting and repair of vessels up to 90.000 dwt ,
 • Main engine and auxilliary engine overhauls & repairs ,

The inventory of shipyard's main infrastructure are given below :

PRODUCTION FACILITIES:

A ) Outfitting & Repair Pier : 80 m. ( 80 x 7 m. )

 Capacity : Astern mooring ; 90.000 dwt , with 5.30 m. draught , 
 Along side mooring ; 2 x 7.000 dwt , with 4.40 m . draught ,

B ) Slipways :

 Slipway No. 1 : 100 x 15 m. , for vessels up to 5500 dwt ,

C ) Covered Areas :

 Under Slipway Workshops : 450 sqm. 
 Workshops : 770 sqm. 
 Mobile Covered Area : 150 sqm . ( 15 x 10 m. ) 
 Office Building : 1747 sqm . , in four storey.

D ) Energy Supply :

 Transformer Station : 1000 kW 
 

E ) Other Facilities :

 Floating Working Platform & Store & Barch : with 7 t. crane , 

 Froklift 5 tons
 Mooring boat ,

 Mobile Area Gantry Crane 15 tons

Our shipyard has access to the following facilities , through of outsourcing arrangements worked out :
